To develop an effective, user-friendly online platform that connects employers and candidates. The platform will enable employers to post job vacancies, browse candidate resumes, communicate directly with potential hires, and also schedule interviews. On the other hand, job seekers can register, upload their resumes, explore job listings, apply for jobs, and check out company profiles.

The job market today is highly dynamic and Changing rapidly, influenced by technological advances, evolving work environments, and the increasing demand for skilled talent. Job seekers are constantly searching for the right opportunities, while employers are looking for the best candidates to fill their vacancies. The proposed job portal website aims to bridge this gap by offering a comprehensive platform that connects job seekers and employers, making the hiring process more efficient and effective for both parties.

Problem Statement

Many existing job portals do not provide a seamless experience, with poor navigation, limited job recommendations, and no direct communication channels with employers. Also, Employers need integrated tools for managing the hiring process, such as scheduling interviews and organizing candidate communications, which are often missing in traditional job portals.

The job portal website aims to bridge the gap by offering a comprehensive platform that connects both parties and makes the hiring process more efficient and effective.
